Semi-automatic Screen Printing Machine

用途：本機(jī)適用于平板玻璃材料適用于硬質(zhì)材料印刷，手動(dòng)入料，自動(dòng)出料，定位精準(zhǔn)，印刷質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，印刷*。
Usage: Suit for flat Glass and any hard and flat material. Manual material loads. Automatic material unloads. Be of Precise Contraposition and Stable Printing, High Efficiency.

垂直升降以渦輪變速全電動(dòng)上下傳動(dòng)，平穩(wěn)*，排除氣動(dòng)上下的振動(dòng)影響，左右印刷采用日制線性導(dǎo)軌變頻同步調(diào)整速度，輔以光電開關(guān)控制定位，速度快、定位精準(zhǔn)、節(jié)省氣壓消耗量。
To avoid vibration by pneumatic operation, it is used variable speed by turbo for vertical lift and drop which make machine more stable and durable. Adopted Linear Sliding Rail with frequency conversion for synchronized adjustment to speed and associated with photoelectric switch for contraposition, right-to-left printing is more speedy and precise, even more, and save more press consumption.

網(wǎng)框采用線性滑軌調(diào)節(jié)固定，使操作者不用任何工具，輕便調(diào)節(jié)網(wǎng)框大小。
Screen frame size adjustment is easier by applying Linear Sliding Rail.

具備安全設(shè)計(jì)，錯(cuò)誤操作動(dòng)作行程無法啟動(dòng)，紅色緊急停止壓板，自動(dòng)上升歸位運(yùn)作，確保操作者的人身安全，減少廢品率。
